Zeto Bachri, S.H., M.H
(Managing Partners), graduated from Sriwijaya University in 1993 and
Master of Economic Law-Postgraduated Program University of Indonesia
in 2007. Started his career at Advocate Law Firm, Eddy Danuwidjaja &
Partners from 1993 until 2000. In 2000 until February 2004, joined
the Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), as Litigation Counsel and
February 2005 as a member of IBRA clearance team, the Legal Bureau of
the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

is a founder and partner at law firm Suyanto, Bachri, Simalongo until
April 2006. Starting practice as a Managing Partner Advocate Zeto &
Associates from 2006 until now. During his career took laws to handle
many cases of commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, debt
restructuring within and outside the country.

Advocate is the permit holder from 1995 and is currently an
administrator of Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) branch
office in Central Jakarta and is also Receiver and Administrator for
Bankrupcy. Today is the central committee as the Head of
International Relations at the Association of Indonesian Receivers
and Administrators (IKAPI).
